    Hotel Booking Refund Policy
    1. Cancellation Policy
    • Flexible Rate Reservations:
    • Cancellation from 90 Days prior to your arrival date, we will refund the full amount of your deposit except 6.95 % admin & service charges on the invoice value.
    • Cancellation within 90-45 days of your arrival date will incur 1-night Deposit.
    • Cancellation within 45 days of your arrival date will be fully non-refundable.
    • Non-Refundable Rate Reservations:
    • These bookings are not eligible for a refund.

    2. No-Show Policy
    • Guests who do not arrive on the check-in date without prior notification will be considered a no-show. No refunds will be provided in this case.

    3. Early Departures
    • Guests checking out before the scheduled departure date will not receive a refund for unused nights unless specified in their booking terms.

    4. Changes to Reservations
    • Changes to reservation dates or other details may incur additional fees or adjustments to the rate. Refund eligibility for the original booking will depend on the cancellation policy.

    5. Special Conditions
    • In cases of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), we may offer refunds or date changes at our discretion. Proof may be required.
